The mean anomaly shown in the video is 220 with a perihelion of 360. Given these numbers, a flyby in the next 1000 or so years cannot happen with a 3600 year orbit. The numbers in this video do not support the graphics.
Conclusion: This video is a cleverly crafted 2012-2013 flyby hoax.
